We at serv5 company are looking for an experienced human resources manager with a high ability to manage the work and create the right atmosphere for work for all employees of the company.

Responsibilities:

-Following attendance
-Helping in payroll
-Recruitment
-Outside visits
-Prepare, follow and update the annual Manpower plan.
-Interviewing and selecting the most qualified candidates.
Follow up with the accepted candidates with preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.
-Responsible for orienting and explaining the strategy of the company to the new employees
-Attending Job Fairs.
-Follow up the induction training for the new employees; follow up training attendance and training results.
-Assist in preparing training plan, collecting training need assessments for each department to design the annual training plan for all sites.

Preferred candidates with experience in programming companies.
